Stephanie Necula, General Manager

Stephanie Necula is a labour relations and research consultant who provides research and related support services in the areas of strategic planning, workforce development, immigration and management-labour relations. She currently provides strategic planning, workforce development, labour relations and immigration consulting for NICI and its clients.

Ms. Necula graduated with Honours Distinction from Humber College’s Immigration Consultant program. From a practical perspective, Stephanie, together with her brother and colleague, Ivan Necula, was instrumental in the establishment of NICI early in the evolution of Canada’s Temporary Foreign Worker Program. They travelled to Asia and Europe to develop relationships with foreign recruiting agencies that had established records of compliance with Canada’s laws for the protection of foreign and domestic workers. The Neculas also met with top Canadian officials overseas and laid the groundwork for NICI’s operations both within Canada and abroad.

Ms. Necula has experience with the various federal and provincial government departments and agencies involved in Canada’s immigration system. Together with NICI’s in-house lawyer, Joan Riddle, Stephanie has assisted NICI and its clients with the successful processing, deployment and onboarding of foreign nationals for temporary and permanent employment in Canada.

Ms. Necula’s labour relations consulting has included the research and development of several Major Competing Project Reports, Industrial Relations Plans and Strategies, and Labour Planning and Workforce Development Reports for a number of clients over the past 10 years.
